  • Our itineraries are suggestions only. We are not a tour operator or a travel agent. The activities and days out described on this site are not recommendations. The site owners take no responsibility for dissatisfaction with any tours or activities undertaken as a result of following suggested itineraries.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to consider whether they are able to complete the activities described. The owners of this site do not accept liability where activities cannot be undertaken for any reason,  or where incidents occur as a result of activities undertaken.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure, where appropriate, that their holiday insurance provides them with sufficient cover for the activities undertaken.
  • If, on receipt of your itinerary, and before you travel, you consider that the activities chosen by us are inappropriate,  an additional charge of £3.50 per change, will be payable (unless your changes relate to medical or mobility issues, in which case, if you told  us of these restrictions at the time of placing your order, no charge for up to one change per day of your itinerary will be made).
  • The booking of activities described in your itinerary is the responsibility of the client, and the responsibility for the provision of any services provided as a result of booking with a third party are the responsibility of that third party.
  • Where holidays or trips are cancelled no refunds on itineraries purchased will be given. This service is a one off purchase and provision of this service does not imply any connection with prior or subsequent travel arrangements made independently by the client.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the itinerary provided for anything other than medical or mobility reasons, that the client told us about at the time of placing their order, then no refund will be payable.
  • Should it come to the attention of the site owners that itineraries purchased from this site are used for commercial or marketing purposes then legal action may result.
  • Any additional materials or arrangements required, such as maps or travel guides, are not included in the cost of our itineraries. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain, at their own cost, relevant road maps and attraction guides. My holiday itineraries will make suggestions where such materials can be obtained, but any additional cost incurred in the procurement of such items  is the responsibility of the client.
